I accidentally logged out my hellotalk account 1 hour ago and

I tried to login back but it keep showing white screen and then the app closed automatically. I sent an email to hellotalk team but they didn't give me any response yet so I just re-installed the app again and 1/3 of my messages gone??!!😭😭😭 There's only the old messages left and I have more messages that I haven't reply yet😭😭 what should I dooo😭😭😭 I can't remember all the new messages, I want to reply to them now but I don't know what's the last messages that they sent to me😭😭😭 So I remember the last time I got 158 messages and there's only 111 messages left so where's the 47 more messages and the current messages. I wanna cry soooo hardddd now I realized how 바보 I am😭😭😭😭😭😭 If you guys have sent me any messages that I haven't reply yet plz plz plz I really hope u would re-send me the messages I will reply you seriously😭😭🤧
