The dog days of summer!
We're entering the hottest days in summer
, which means the Yang energy is the strongest. On July 16th, we entered the “San Fu Days” (三伏天), aka “Dog days of summer”, which is the hottest and the most humid 40 days of the year.

July 16~ July 25 (First Fu)
July 26~ August 14 (Mid Fu)
August 15~ August 24 (Last Fu)
During this period of time, the circulation of blood and Qi moves faster, and can easily balance the Yin and Yang through the open pores.
