I found these tips from an English teacher. I added my own translations

to the things that she said.

https://learnenglishwithdemi.wordpress.com/2018/07/31/stop-asking-native-english-speakers-to-correct-your-english/

我的想法是:

Native English speakers always want to encourage you, but sometimes encouragement is not the right way to help you. For example, if you're on the wrong road, you don't need encouragement, you need guidance ... so unless the native speaker knows when to guide you and when to encourage you, don't ask him for help.

I just need this kind of English speakers who know when to encourage me and wenh to guide me. Actually, I need Guidance more than encouragement.

@Zhy What I mean is, you already know you have problems with English, so you don't need people to tell you that you're doing great. You need them to help you fix your problems.
