Hello everybody,

Is it common to make umeshu?
My friend moved

to a new place that has a plum tree but no one enjoys the flavor of the bitter fruit.

Last years umeshu was very dark but tasty!

    @Hiyoちゃん I would try drinking in a glass of 100ml chilled water adding maybe 25ml of your favorite alcohol. And just sip little by little. The flavor won’t be as sting but it’s still nice to enjoy sometimes :)
