I don’t diet. I eat what I want but I always make sure of three
things:1) I burn more calories than I eat
2) I cap all my macros - especially protein
3) I eat low amounts of processed sugar
So yes, you can enjoy ramen and kimbap. Don’t need to diet if you exercise and be mindful of what you eat. 😊 Even a burger too! I enjoy all the foods I like~
