I am often asked why I Love photography so much... the main reason

is because it makes me happy to capture beautiful moments that otherwise would be lost forever. But it isn’t easy for me, and often takes days- or even weeks- of planning and effort! I choose my venues carefully, considering time of day, weather, people’s activities, the direction of the rising and setting sun... and even getting to the venue can sometimes take a week or more of travel time. Then I must decide whether to shoot film or digital, and which cameras and lenses or films I want to use... just like our human eyes, they all capture an image differently! And sometimes I take hundreds of photos of almost the same thing! But the challenges only make photography more fun and exciting for me. For me, photography, like life, is more a journey than a destination. I know I’ll never be famous for my photography. But that’s ok. 😊
