    Back on the horse: volver a intentarlo, darle otra oportunidad. She fails her driving practice exam for third time. She needed to pass the exam because she needed the car for going to her new job. She was desesperated, she didn't give up (no tiró la toalla, no se dió por vencida) and she got back on the horse. Her tenacious was enough for at least pass the desired exam.
