Another healthy meal
Recipe:
I smothered firm tofu with soy
sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a bag and let it marinate in the fridge for a few hours (minimum 6 hours would be ideal or even overnight) then cooked them in a pan. paired it with corn, bell peppers, tomatoes, greens and quinoa~![](/moment-web/static/img/icon_moments_likes.png)
