So, today I spent many hours studying Chinese. It’s probably

the hardest I’ve worked thus far. I’m starting to get more familiar with characters, different sounds (we don’t have in English), and pronunciations. I have forty different apps to learn Chinese! Initially, I thought I’d only need one☝🏻or two resources. Not so! All of these apps are very helpful and I appreciate them all. If anyone has more recommendations, please let me know! I almost forgot, I also use Youku and one called hotpot.tv. There’s also a nice podcast called “You Can Learn Chinese” along with a few other podcasts that have been invaluable. I’m probably missing a bunch, but it’s really nice to have so many things to choose from. Oh, and of course all the wonderful Chinese people here! I’ve learned so much from chatting. Thanks everyone!
