This jacket is a varsity letterman given to a few selective students

in high school (juniors and seniors only). You might see them in American high school shows or films.
To get this jacket, you excel in a sport or an extracurricular activity. I received this jacket because I’ve been in my high school’s marching band for many years, served in leadership roles, and was the drum major for the 2020-2021 school year. Not only was I a leader, but I was first chair for my instrument, which was the clarinet.
It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get this jacket in high school! That’s why many students try to do an extracurricular in school to receive a custom-made letterman. It took more than three months for my jacket to arrive, and it is customized to what I wish it to say!
If you can’t read cursive, the embroidery on my chest says, “future Latina judge.”
On the back of my jacket is my name printed in big letters.
I also have an “academic excellence” patch given to those who have good grades and such.
