The tunnel of Japanese maple leaves at Lake Kawaguchi is a popular

spot for many Japanese people. The illumination at night is a wonderful chance to be wrapped up in the beautiful autumn colors, if you can endure the chilling temperatures. Often, there will be some nearby stands selling hot foods to help stave off the cold. I recommend visiting in the later afternoon, going for a view of the lake, the coming back in time to catch the light up.

    @rin it was a little cold it the illumination was SOOO beautiful. I liked being surrounded under the canopy of Japanese maple leaves. 😊

    @Vany yes, I have been to there but I didn't go there recently. I just want to go seeing autumn leaves to somewhere, so I might go there in a few weeks.
