I learned a valuable lesson today:
Do not let your emotions

change your plans.
I felt sad and discouraged. I wanted to stop my exercises and take a nap.
But then I remembered Sadhguru's words: "If you have something you need to do, you still have to do it no matter how you feel. Then your body and mind will get organized and you will feel sad or angry less often. "
So in spite of my emotions I continued to exercise and I began to feel the influence of my emotions fading away.
I wish this experience for all of you. I wish for you complete mastery over your emotions - even if you master them before I do. 😀😀

    @e_zirantim_97010 absolutely true. When I'm down I sing too, I sing since I was eleven years old, I have studied singing and my professor used to told me "when you feel down, get out your emotions through your voice" 😊

    When I feel sad or discouraged, I will take a nap. And when I wake up, the emotions just fade away. I think people have their own way to blow off steam. Maybe for you is to exercise.

    Wise words, if you let your emotions influence you too much, your mind is blocked and you can't do anything. It's hard but, you have to stand a moment, take a deep breath and keep going. When I have moments like this, I always listen to music, it's help me a lot.
