    Mushroom, carrot, bamboo shoot, onion, scallion... vegetables which won’t change their taste much after heating several times are better. 🥦 I think every ingredient can be put in, depending on creativity.😃

    Pumpkin 🎃, onion with lamb or zucchini ,celery , with beef . Chinese cabbage with pork. Bamboo shoot , Chinese cabbage, 木耳、 冬粉、carrot —- vegan bun .Add cooked eggs as .Vegetarian bun.
