Hello everyone!
I went to the doctor yesterday because my voice

is very hoarse(沙哑的). Maybe because I’ve been talking too much🤭. The doctor recommended for me to rest my voice for a few days. So I won’t be posting any voice articles for the next 2-3 days. My voice needs a break. However, I’ll still be posting some English learning materials.

    @Todd I caught a cold the other day, I coughed and had a hoarse voice too. Because I sweated then entered the airconditioned office, i also ate some spicy snacks my colleague gave me.😒😞😷 Now i'm much better. So don't use air conditioners too much. Keep in mind spicy food is bad for your throat and lung. Hope you get better soon.
