My lunch spectacular!

Avacado toast with a Pennsylvania Dutch

egg sandwich with beets and cilantro. Both of them on multi-grain bread 🥪. So good! Right amount of good days, protein, carbohydrates! Healthy with energy throughout the day!

@Teppei Avacados aren't too expensive here. I guess because we have a lot of them and don't need to pay too much for importing them.
