    I lost my father 6 years ago and what I've learned from the loss is he speaks to me more louder and clear about his values and wishes which guides me each and every day. Still some memories of him visits me, not as often as the first couple of years, without notice at anytime and I cry like a baby and I have no shame. First couple of year, I cried secretly tried not to show my grief to the others someone close or not close. Now it doesn't matter, as I understand it's the process of really accepting he's absent.
