    @Mike 麦克儿 What’s the difference between “on diet and “Fasting”? If I don’t eat anything from 6pm to 8am the next day, am I on diet or am I on fasting?

    @Tahee20 if you're on a diet or trying to get fit, but you still want to eat a lot of your favorite food, you can eat it on one day of the week. You would call it a cheat day

    @Judy C. Fasting is the culture of Muslims and maybe of Hindus. You have to intend on fasting otherwise it wouldn't call fasting.
