こんにちは！✨☀️🌸🌿

Today It was a day off so I went to the city and

visited my parents for lunch.

They went to a matinee performance. It was a show for senior people. 👴👵 So when I arrived to meet them in the city there were lots of elderly people around ☺😝👴👵

I told my parents, "I know a place in the city to eat! let's go eat Japanese!" Naturally, they were happy to trust my suggestion and we walked up to the shops and past the station to Ippudo.👌👌😄

Afterwards, we ate Ice cream at Anita Gelato. 🍨🍦

It was a good day out.

    @Ayaka you can say both. They basically mean the same thing. 👌😄 Good day out (can only be used with the emphasis that the activity is outside (out). It was a good day. (No emphasis on where it takes place, could be inside eg House or could be on the plane or outside etc...)

    @kurumi くるみー oh, wow! I once went to Ippudo in Japan and really loved it! It tastes almost as good here. 🍜🤗👌✨ I love ramen but maybe it's a little unhealthy 😉😉

    @Poさん 포상 oh, hi Po san! 🤗✨✨🍜🍦☀️ The flavour was pistachio. Actually, It was pretty good. 😄 Matinee I believe is a French word. It's like Afternoon performance/show. So, actually I believe I used it incorrectly. 😅😅 The show was a morning show. Maybe it's called a morning matinee

    @hoko hi Hoko san. The first picture was in Ippudo. It must be Chinese inspired because it seems unfamiliar to Japanese people 🤔🤔 Anyway, it was a pork pancake. Bbq pork meat. In a dough/ bread pancake. 👌 The flavour of the gelato was pistachio. My mother had a chocolate and almond flavoured gelato. Admittedly, I tried some of hers with a spoon and hers was nicer. 😆😄
