别说welcome。因为welcome

表示这个情况：
你刚来到我的地方，我会说welcome! 和 welcome to Beijing!

但是很多情况就是这样：我还没去，很想去。
这里我还没有来到 所以你说welcome的话没有意思

如果你想表达欢来我的城市，我的国家，等等，你可以说 you're welcome to visit. 或者 you're welcome to come.

You should visit. 也可以

Have you been to Philadelphia?
No but I want to go.
You should come. It's great.

Have you been to China?
No but I'm thinking of visiting.
You're welcome to come.

You're welcome to come and visit. We will welcome you with open arms.
