I made Bibimbab for lunch today.

This was my own version of

Bibimbap. I was lazy to fry an egg so I just put the yellow flower on top to make it looks like a fried egg. 😂

The yellow flower called Nasturtium. It's edible and it tastes like wasabi.

It was delicious. 😋

    I also like korean dishes like Bibimbap. The flowers look like eggs but it can not be replaced instead of eggs even though it is edible😄 First of all, the taste and texture are different😂 The flowers and sushi would be the best match. Have a nice Monday🍀

    @Atsuro I agree with everything that you are saying. I know that the flowers don't have the same taste or texture of the egg. 😂 Nasturtium flowers will certainly go well with sushi. 🍣 Thank you. You too, have a lovely evening. 🌻
