películas y programas de televisión, y escuchar la radio, en inglés. No te desanimes si no puedes entender todo por primera vez, más escuchas, más entenderás!

My advice for anyone learning English is to try watching movies and tv programmes, and listening to the radio, in English. Don't be discouraged if you can't understand everything first time, the more you listen the more you will understand!
