What?!
0 hours left!
And this doesn’t include long showers that I love, paying bills, taking care of flat tires and other stuff that inevitably happens day in and day out.

Do you know where your time is going? Write it down and prepare to be shocked.

@Maryna_Rus_Eng i believe in individuals. and everybody's bodies are dofferent, you should try it for about 1-3 month and it doesn't affect your health you can go on with it. for ex: Casey Neistat sleeps 5 hours a day

I think planning is very good, but there is no need to quantify, it is too tired to live, the plan will never catch up with the change!

@Maryna_Rus_Eng Less water, less chemical detergent in waste, eat everything with no waste that cause loss of resources, and will save 13 hours a week of my life. Also can't be a pig eating off paper plates since limits what can be eaten

It's happiness when housekeeping only 2 hours a week and children's homework only 7 a week. They may steal much more time. Sometimes all the time after work. 😱😃

@Zing101 Interesting! How does it save you 13 hours a week though?

@Yuliya 🏠 I have a tiny apartment:) I love cleaning actually! But I have 0 hours left, so... 🏫 Nick is in the first grade. So homework is not that complicated. Plus, I try not to micromanage. Let him make mistakes. It does t have to be perfect.

@Maryna_Rus_Eng add up all the details of eating each day and it's amazing how much time. Time is all we have and just eating is a lot of prep and cleaning. Start a watch and add up all the time. Since you have kids it's even longer.
