I love cooking! ^^

... But I can't make the plating look pretty

! 😏

Homemade pasta is my favourite to make. I make udon noodles, egg noodles and rice flour pancakes the most often.

@Sally Baked potatoes? I wash, then boil the potato's until almost soft. Leave them for a few minutes to cool. Then scratch them with a fork (it's an additional step), and I add any oil (usually I use macadamia oil) which you prefer to cook with. Bake them for a few minutes in a pan (maybe 5 to 8 minutes per side on a medium heat), per side until they get crispy, and then I add spices. Like sea salt, pink salt or yellow salt. Some dried herbs or potato spices. Anything you like. And enjoy. ^^

@Sally In the oven, it's optional to boil them prior. Make a x with a knife on the potato (optional). Toss them in oil, spices, salt, and fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary, and bake it until as crispy as you like. ^^
