Hey! Do you like the colour 'Red'? Do you wear red outfits often? What does red colour mean to you?

In Indian culture, Red colour plays a very heavy role on its own. Red indicates both sensuality and spirituality. In Hindu religion, red is of utmost significance and the color most frequently used for auspicious occasions like marriages, birth of a child, festivals, etc. It indicates bravery, strength and power of a women. Red in India is considered pure, holy and is symbolic of a specific time, place, and action in one's personal life. Also, red colour compliments our tan skin tone very well so I love it ♡

What's the next thing you wanna know about Indian culture? I'll post about it~ ^^

In China, red is a good color, representing auspiciousness, festivity, enthusiasm, boldness, passion, fighting spirit, revolution, etc. It represents positive optimism. The meaning of the five-star red flag is red, symbolizing revolution. Red is a warm color, which expresses solemnity and enthusiasm, symbolizes the revolution and represents the active struggle behavior and the spirit of bloodshed and sacrifice of countless revolutionary ancestors. Red is like rosy clouds all over the sky, which can arouse people's Association and emotional reaction. Red represents hope, activity and love. The five pointed star is yellow, and yellow is also a warm color. When you see the yellow star, you have the feeling of glittering gold. The four small stars symbolize the people, with yellow and brilliant. Each of the four small five pointed stars of the national flag has a tip facing the center of the big star, indicating unity around a center

@Tai lai It's quite hard to explain it here, you can look up to Google for picture references. In general, Saree is unstitched cloth draped around the waist, whereas Lehenga (the long skirt) is an outfit that is stitched and consists of the lower part called Lehenga and an upper part called choli (Blouse). Lehenga is worn in some parts of the country whereas Saree is common all over India.

@루루 tks🙏 I saw some pictures on Internet it said that Lehenga is popular in western part like Gujarat and rajasthan. And more formal than Sari women wear it for wedding or something.

@Tai lai Saree is indeed more formal and traditional and more popular amongst older generation while lehengas are mostly worn by youngsters..! You're right! ^^
