I had a very long, hard day at work today. I don’t want

to cook, so instead I ordered “comfort food.” Have you heard that phrase before?
Comfort food is food you eat when you’re feeling a bit sad. Usually it’s bad for you, not very healthy. Ice cream is a common comfort food, but I don’t have any 😭😭
Do you have a similar phrase in your language?

    I doubt whether people choose to run long distance when they're sad. It must be a very effective solution. But I guess people only do when they're angry.

    In Vietnam, the eat everything if they can. Or They sometime use ancohol when they feel sad. It call "đồ ăn vặt" or "nhậu" 😁😁😁

    we don't really have a similar phrase. I feel like Chinese don't love sweets that much as westerners do.

    in Chinese we call it 零食，something can make you happy for a short time and not so healthy.
