数年前は趣味で体操をしていたけどよく怪我をした。スポーツの体への影響を処理するには弱すぎて、何かを変更する必要があること

に気付きました。
二年前体を強化することを決めた。簡単ではありませんでしたが、とても楽しいこともわかりました。適切な動きの形を学び、筋肉を感じるのはとても面白かった。

俺のトレーニングプログレスは他人と比べて実はあまりよくありませんけどまだ誇りに思っています。

その話で誰かをやる気にさせることができれば嬉しい。
トレーニングについて質問があれば喜んで答えます。一緒に頑張りましょう!

A few years ago I was doing gymnastics as a hobby, but I got hurt hurt quite often. I found that it was too weak to handle the physical impacts of the sport and I needed to change something.
Two years ago I decided to strengthen my body in the gym. It wasn't easy, but it turned out to be a lot of fun awell. It was very interesting to learn the proper form of various movements and feel the muscles they involve.

My training progress isn't really as good as others, but I'm still proud of my hard work.

    @Michi That's true! My flexibility is not bad but of course not as good as professionals haha

    いえ。全然! If you want to build muscle you actually should eat more than you usually need. Anyway I try to eat very health and balanced meals😁

    @Yuka If I train at home I do bodyweight exercises that are challenging for me. You can find different exercises if you look up "Calisthenics" on youtube!😁

    How do you keep mind to do some exercise everyday ? I know it's good for health to do everyday sports, but it's not continued...😑 毎日の運動が続きません。どうやってモチベーションを保っていますか?

    @Sally サリー I actually do not train every day. Right now about 3~4 times a week and only around 40 minutes each. I like short but heavy workouts. That way I usually feel very refreshed after training😁 Although muscle pain is killing me recently haha😂

    メンタルにも良い影響があるので、コロナが始まる前は私もジムでトレーニングをしていました :) 体にも心にも良いと思います。

    @LuLu そうですね!Because of my work I have to sit a lot of time...so training is important to me to keep my body healthy
