    @Herrison Féres Good question. Most tend to be started by Brazilian entrepreneurs moving to US or other entrepreneurs having visited Brazil.

    This is really cool. I am a consumer of Brazilian bites. It doesn't taste like real pão de queijo, but the taste is close. The only thing that bothers me is the fact they don’t use the original name, like they do with açaí. Pão de queijo is something of Brazilian cuisine and must be known in its Brazilian name.
