We shouldn't underestimate the importance of sleep. Last nightI barely slept at all and today I'm almost unable to function. I dropped my airpods, phone, and wallet. I tripped over on the street because my eyes were closing. It was a real struggle to teach 9 classes with almost no break all day. I'm meant to go to coding class now but I just can't make it. There's no way. Now I want to order unhealthy takeaway food to relieve my stress which will be another waste of money and ruining my diet. All of these problems wouldn't have existed if I just slept a little more.
