Aerial yoga is my favorite class to teach and my favorite style

to practice. Strength, balance, flexibility, and a touch of fearlessness are necessary to do the poses. Has anyone else on here tried it?

    @Lacigale it’s pretty crazy how sore everyone gets. In physical therapy, an unstable surface is always a progression and I think that contributes to the difficulty; not just the climbing and flipping. It’s still fun though 😂

    @HT User380441 oh you don’t have to be sorry. I’m 38 and am starting to feel my age lol but I also think yoga keeps me young enough to chase around my 8 year old 😂

    @Susan武莉蓉 that’s cool! What style of yoga did you do? Since working full time, I’ve had less time to practice too. I wish I could do it everyday
