 昨夜は寝不足だ
ったけど、毎日に運動をするように頑張ってる Even though last night I didn’t sleep well, I’m doing my best to exercise daily
もう昔の強うさに戻ったけど、まだ痩せなきゃ😂
I’m back to my old strength, but still need to loose weight lol
冬に痩せるのは難しいけど😂
But it’s a bit difficult to loose weight in winter, lol
ダイエット中人と頑張ろう!
