Our gigantic joint of roast beef for our Christmas dinner had

over 3 hours of cooking in the oven . We served it with roast potatoes, carrots, Brussels sprouts and broccoli. A cheese sauce accompanied the carrots and broccoli. The beef tasted really delicious.
