I've noticed a lot of people say things like:

'I need to study

more'
'I need to read more English books'
'Why is my English not getting better even though I study really hard'

Sure, you're studying hard but are you studying smart? Are you studying the best way that suits you? Are you exercising your brain correctly?

If you're sticking to one study method then naturally you will plateau or lose motivation. Changing how you learn can keep the whole experience fresh and varied.

Sitting at a desk every night and staring at pages and pages of books might work for someone, but that someone might not be you.

Resting and relaxing is also a vital part of learning. Just like any muscle the brain needs time to recover and grow. Take regular breaks when you feel you need it.

Yea. I think you are right. We need to change the way which is belonged ourselves. That's a real way and a right way.
