A quick Curry lesson:

In India we don't call it curry

We call

it "sabji"="さぶじ"
Sabji さぶじmeans vegetable(やさい)

There can be dry sabji or wet sabji
Only the liquid portion of wet sabji is curry

For example:
1.Today I'm eating butter chicken sabji
2.Today I'm eating okra Sabji with Nan

So always say sabji and not curry!
