Hi guys, these are my favourite pics I took this week.

1 -

Mangrove Malaise
A quick pic I took of the sky reflecting strangely in the mangroves of my hometown at high tide. If I wasn't in a rush I'd have been able to take a better shot but that's life.

2 - Ice Cube Archipelago
When I took this shot I didn't know if I was looking up at the clouds or I was high in the sky looking down at them. New Zealand (namely the North Island) is FAMOUS for it's strangely bizarre clouds and this day was no exception.

3 - Fishermans Friend
Just as I was about to jump on my ferry to go into the city I took a random shot trying to capture the person fishing from the pier on the left, to my surprise a seagull swooped into the frame to show off.

4 - Street Smart
As it started to get dark in town I was taking a shot opposite Auckland library only to find this guy with cool pink hair walk up to me as he crossed the road, I think he knew I was taking photos so he kind of gave me a good profile shot of his face.

5 - In Search of Happiness
I liked the happy look of the guy sitting down although I wasn't so happy with the general framing of the shot when I took it. However, when I got home I noticed there was also a guy in the shadows kind of looking like he was trying to fit in with everyone else, hence the name for this shot ;D

6 - Azure Ascension
To be honest, anyone can take this shot if they find where to go in Auckland city (Lorne street for my Kiwi followers ;D) there are three simple lights, lighting up this cute little tree.

7 - Lingering Departure
It's really hard to get a good shot of the city nightline when you're on a bumpy ferry ride home, but I like how this turned out.

8 - Verdant Variation
I really love this picture because it has a PUKEKO in it! This pukeko was a very cheeky boy who after this shot flew onto the round red bush in the backdrop. I love the difference in the colour of the grass.

9 - (To a job well done) お疲れ様でした This spot on the ferry is always great to take photos of the city background and people looking out at it. This lady did not mind me taking her photo so I went right ahead and took one. You can find more of my photos at www.jmcprints.com よろしく!

@𝙿𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚕 𝚃𝚎𝚊 𓃠 oh wow!!! Haruki is where my grandparents used to live. I'll be moving house soon but I'll be sure to take more photos of the area.

These pictures reminds of my days in Auckland. I lived in Hauraki for about a year. Auckland art museum that was just behind the building in the pic #4 was my favourite place to hang out. Thank you so much for sharing!😃✨

@赤髭 A flat that I lived in was 30 seconds walking distance from Takapuna beach. I love that place very much!
