で私は歩きに行きました。もう一つ美しい日でした。

Today at work I did cultural training. I learned about the culture of Torres Strait Islanders. It was interesting. After the training I went for a walk. It was another beautiful day.

    @Konomori Thanks for that. I did not use 散歩 because it was walking for exercise, not a leisurely walk. What is the correct way to say that?

    @Cassy キャシー Ah! We say ウォーキング when it’s for exercise. Kind of strange for native English speakers, maybe😅? Or you could say like 運動のため、歩きに行きました. In this case, I think you can use 散歩 as well because the purpose is explained.

    @Cassy キャシー I think you can also say 運動がてらに散歩しました。がてら might sound tricky but actually so useful. It's usually used instead of 〜のために.
