Los dos se puedes

usar como ~yo tampoco~ •me either• ( esta mal pero la gente igual lo usa) “ i dont like either”
•”me neither” “neither do I”

Por ejemplo:
Persona a) i don’t like that song
Persona b) me neither ~ neither do I ~ me either (🥴)

@José Luis when either is used correctly it is agreeing with something, for example “I like either one” or “ either or works for me” but many English speakers misuse the word so when people say *me either* they should me saying *me neither* so it is confusing
