    @Mackenzie I don’t think you are right. Slangs are like languages that native people usually speak in their normal lives. For example,REVIEW can be used for meaning to check in writing English, but in their normal speaking English, they usually speak GO OVER. In the class, teachers usually say: please go over these words.

    @Mackenzie There are so many slang words in the USA, different from the usual writing English, so some foreigners cannot understand other natives well when they go there.
