Hello, I wanted to write some common phrases and words used here

to maybe help you as you try speaking with natives.

give it a whirl/go - give it a try.
Go on and give your new bike a whirl(or try).

gonna - going to
i'm gonna go to the store.

wanna - want to
do you wanna get supper.

finna - fixing to
i'm finna leave the store.

dip/head out- leave

This new restaurant is not good, I am finna dip(or head out).
