So I was in the grocery store last night and bought some nice
chicken legs. Today I seasoned them in several spices which are a mixture of Argentinian BBQ and Italian seasoning.The goal was to add some "zing" to my chicken and I accomplished that. What always amazes me is how much seasoning you need to use to get deep, rich flavor in the meat.
