What I've learned in school:
1. Most of the people you meet will
come and go. Don't be afraid to let people go when it's time. 2. Never waste time and energy on people who give you nothing back.
3. Do your best in everything.
4. Your best doesn't have to be perfect.
5. Failure happens. Instead of thinking about how much you suck, focus on how you can learn from your failure to avoid making the same mistake twice.
6. Treat everyone with love and respect, even if they don't like you.
7. Don't do drugs.
8. Always read the syllabus.
9. There are reasons for rules being created.
9.5. But some rules really are stupid and you can get away with breaking them.
10. College is not meant for everyone and gap years are perfect acceptable.
11. It's ok to change your mind.
12. Time management is one of the most important skills you can learn. Learn this skill as soon as possible.
13. Everyone deserves a second chance, but not always a third, fourth, etc. See #2.
14. Don't feel embarrassed if you need tutoring.
15. Maybe it's cliche, but it's true: be yourself!
Bonus: 16. Always have a short blond BFF🥰
