Yesterday I was chit chatting with a friend

and we talked about staying positive. I remember a verse from the Bible that states, do not bring your worries of today into tomorrow . That means we should start a new day with a fresh start.

Remember, 90 percent of the things we often worry about won’t ever happen. And, the 10 percent that does happen doesn’t even kill us 😳🤦🏽‍♀️
