Had some spare of the moment fun today. Tried a new tortilla

recipe and didn't come out as planned. So instead of wasting food use what you have to turn it into art.

    That's seems to be more a kind of piece of ary instead a piece of quesadilla (by the way the "tortilla" seems to be more crunchy than it's should be) but looks amazing (are you a kind of kitchen pr chef apprentice?
