Last week, several people came to me and told me lots of troublesin their life and work. They are worried about their career, complained about family relationships or their bosses, and one person even asked me to help her find a boyfriend.
I spent some time listening to them, told them that they are not alone, and suggested for them to try some exercise to relax.
I think being happy is one of the most important things in our life. Please focus on the good things you already have and the other things will come later.
In the end, I shared with them these words:
“Live in the moment, treat people how you’d like to be treated and try to maintain a positive attitude.”
These are the principles I have been living by for several years and I have found them to be very useful.
