Tonight I was in the grocery store and they had a sale on porkback ribs. And it has been at least 6 months since I made BBQ ribs, so I decided to make them.
My ribs are first baked, until the meat is ready to fall off the bone soft, and then the BBQ sauce is applied and broiled into them.
As you can see in the photos it is a multistage process and uses a lot of spices to add flavour. The top of the ribs has a smokey Cajun spice, the bottom is a pork spice, the sauce is a sweet smokey BBQ.
My kids got to them before I could take the pictures after they were finished.
