我没有好多传统的配料所以这些都是自己想的，自己做的月饼。

This is the first time

I’ve made mooncakes.

I don’t have many traditional ingredients, so these are really mooncakes I thought of myself and made myself.

    @Tiffany Huang 当然可以！ I’m not sure how they’ll taste yet. I wanted to make my own filling but the local shop didn’t have much in the way of ingredients. Every recipe I found seemed to describe processes that took days or ingredients that were hard to find in the markets of Hong Kong. I chopped some nuts but they were too dry. So I blended some nuts to make nut butter and used that to bind the filling. I added some chopped dried fruit instead of any sugar. The mould… good old same day Amazon delivery 😂

    @李尚奇 这是五人的，但是我用果仁酱里面。I roasted the nuts and then chopped them quite finely. But to bind them together I made a few of them into sticky nut butter. I’m expecting them to be quite dry 😂
