"Yesterday" found this chicken katsu kit at Costco. Decided to

give it a try and it turned out tasty but not very beautiful. My chicken breading skills aren't good, needs improvement. 🥲 And the chicken fell apart easily when I cut it, so got many uneven shapes. 😂

It's almost 2 AM now so good night. 🤣
