Last night I made miso soup! I couldn't get all the ingredients, but it still tasted pretty good. I'm excited to try making more Japanese food. I like being able to cook for myself because it makes me feel more independent.

It also calls for adding leafy greens, which I didn't. I didn't have a lot of the stuff I wanted😂😅
