The Yorkshire Grey pub in London.

I appreciate a floral London

pub 🌹 Are you more likely to go into a pub if it's pretty and well decorated? 🍻

Hi, can you explain me. The difference between pub and bar, please, or is pub British and bar American ? By the way, I do prefer well decorated pubs.

@Hayde A bar is all about the alcohol. People come here to drink and then drink some more. As such, food at a bar essentially centers around appetizers or snacks; something to make the alcohol taste better. A pub, on the other hand, is like a restaurant that serves great alcoholic drinks too and generally it serves the local community.

@Chemist Rosalina 'Pub' is short for 'public house,' a place where people come to hang out and offer drinks. A restaurant, on the other hand, is a place built to sell food and beverages to customers. ... Yes, people drink in both establishments, but a restaurant is not a public house! 👍🏽😊
