How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your HelloTalk VIP or course subscription at any time. You can cancel your subscription through the following platforms:
1)Google Play (Android)
2) App Store/iTunes (iOS)

To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions for each platform:
  1. iTunes Store (iOS)
Apple requires that you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription/trial period to avoid automatic renewal. To cancel a subscription on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the "Settings" app > click on your Apple ID
Step 2: Click on "Subscriptions" and select the subscription you want to cancel
Step 3: Choose "Cancel Subscription". Note, if there is no "Cancel" or "Cancel Subscription" button, it has already been cancelled. Please note that subscription cancellations cannot be undone, but you can re-subscribe at any time. Please log in to [Subscriptions and Services](https://accounts.google.com/). Find the subscription you want to cancel, select "Manage", and then click "Cancel Subscription."
