You can cancel your HelloTalk VIP or course subscription at any time. You can cancel your subscription through the following platforms:
1)Google Play (Android)
2) App Store/iTunes (iOS)
To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions for each platform:
Step 1: Open the "Settings" app > click on your Apple ID
Step 2: Click on "Subscriptions" and select the subscription you want to cancel
Step 3: Choose "Cancel Subscription". Note, if there is no "Cancel" or "Cancel Subscription" button, it has already been cancelled. Please note that subscription cancellations cannot be undone, but you can re-subscribe at any time.
