For iOS devices: Please kindly follow the instructions below to share the log data file with us. 1) Go to Settings on your iOS device 2) Go to Privacy > Analytics > Analytics Data 3) Find the log data file beginning with "HelloTalk_Binary..." 4) Tap the latest file (usually "most recent 3 days") and see the details 5) Click the "Share" button on the upper-right corner of the screen 6) Select Email and send the file to support@hellotalk.com, the log data file will be automatically attached
